ORDER ACCEPTANCE
YourOutDoorOutFitter appreciates your business. Our business is structured to supply the outdoor gear and equipment product needs of individuals, businesses, institutions or agencies for their "personal" use only. YourOutDoorOutFitter does not accept orders from dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products that YourOutDoorOutFitter offers for sale. As such, we will not accept Tax Exempt Reseller documents.
YourOutDoorOutFitter reserves the right to, at any time, after receipt of any order, from any customer, and without prior notice, supply less than the quantity ordered of any item or to cancel an order.
ORDER INFO
When will my order ship? Although we attemp to ship the same day we ask that you allow 2 - 4 business days for processing and 5 - 10 business days for delivery, if your order is received and processed by 2PM Pacific Standard. Because we deal in so many products and have warehouses all over the united states our policy allows for 7 - 16 business days for processing and delivery. If processed after 2PM or on weekends and holidays, your order will ship the next business day. Please note that these rules apply to orders on in-stock items only. Please note that when ordering on Friday (after 2PM Pacific Standard Time), Saturday, or Sunday, and you choose UPS Next Day as your shipping method, that your product(s) will be shipped the following Monday (next business day). Orders Placed on Friday (before 2PM Pacific Standard Time) with UPS Next Day as shipping method, will ship the same day, but may not be delivered until the following Monday (next business day).
How do I cancel my order? Your order may be cancelled only if it's on backorder or under credit review. If you wish to cancel a backordered or pre-ordered item, send an email to returns@youroutdooroutfitter.com. Please include your name and order number and we will promptly cancel the shipment of your merchandise. Shipping fees are non refundable.
All YourOutDoorOutFitter Products are shipped via UPS. Standard UPS shipping charges will apply to all orders. These will naturally vary according to product weight, packaging and destination address. The actual amount of the ship charge for your order will be shown during checkout.
Returns
All returns must accompany an RA (return authorization) number obtained by YourOutDoorOutFitter.com. RA numbers can be obtained by contacting us at 253-278-4822 or by emailing us at returns@youroutdooroutfitter.com. Please note that since a product was delivered to the address listed on your invoice, shipping charges and fees are non refundable.
Does YourOutDoorOutFitter ship internationally? We do not currently accept orders outside the United States, including Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Will I be charged tax? Sales tax applies only to shipping addresses located in Washington State.
Does YourOutDoorOutFitter ship to APO/FPO boxes? YourOutDoorOutFitter only ships to physical addresses not PO/APO/FPO Boxes.
How Long Will It Take For My Order To Be Delivered? The average is 3 to 5 business days to receive an order however, customers should expect a standard delivery time of 7 to 10 business days (1 to 3 weeks) for all orders to reach their final destinations. Because of the wide range of products offered and number of manufacturers available, YourOutDoorOutFitter cannot guarantee the delivery of any particular order by an exact date. YourOutDoorOutFitter will always strive to ship and deliver products in a reasonable time frame. However, in some cases customers may be notified of a delay with their order, in which case YourOutDoorOutFitter will, according to federal regulations, deliver the product within thirty (30) days of the late-notification date. In most cases, YourOutDoorOutFitter will choose to refund shipping charges for late or delayed orders, at its discretion. Orders cancelled after a late notification has been issued are still subject to any restocking or cancellation fees - see Cancelled Orders in our Store Policy. |
